Description of supervision approach:
My approach to supervision is grounded in person-centred values, with an emphasis on creating a reflective, supportive, and collaborative space. I offer supervision that honours your professional experience and identity, where we can openly explore challenges, celebrate successes, and build confidence in your clinical work.
Drawing on extensive clinical experience, evidence-based practice, and practice-based evidence, I aim to provide a space that feels both safe and stimulating—where you are encouraged to bring your whole self to supervision. Together, we can appraise your work with curiosity and openness, allowing insight and growth to emerge organically.
Whether you’re seeking guidance, clarity, or simply time to reflect, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your values and more confident in your professional decisions. Supervision with me is not only about problem-solving—it’s also about recognising progress, fostering resilience, and finding joy in the work we do.
Supervision should be restorative and leave you feeling as though your cup has been filled.
