I am committed to creating a safe and professional space that supports reflective conversations with you. We can work together to explore and examine what you bring to supervision. My approach is informed and inspired by my own supervision, supervision and coaching training, clinical experience and a belief in collaborative working and the importance of self-care. I believe that a shared sense of resourcefulness makes a positive difference to the supervision process, expanding perspectives and enabling movement towards learning and change.
