Description of supervision approach:

Having experienced the benefits of supervision myself – how it enables me to constantly develop and be a more resilient and accomplished practitioner – I am passionate about offering this potential to others.

My approach is centred around the value of having protected time in a safe, non-judgemental space, and fostering the trusting supervisor/ee relationship as the foundation for this. Encouraging exploration with curiosity, I am flexible to meet supervisees’ needs, providing supportive challenge, reassurance, and guidance to allow them to find their own insights.

I offer an initial introductory chat to find out a little about each other and answer any questions before embarking on a supervisory relationship.
