Description of supervision approach:

My clinical and supervision practice is founded on the philosophy and theory of personal construct psychology and informs my practice as an SLT, counsellor, trainer, supervisee and supervisor. I aim to be trusting, empathic and non-judgemental providing time and space to explore issues, creating new perspectives and opening up possibilities for personal and professional validation. My wide experience of working in a range of contexts helps me to understand the challenges, pressures and rewards encountered every day by health professionals.
